Asahel Luther Fuller was born 3 July 1852 in Des Moines, Iowa, to Amos Bottsford Fuller and Esther Smith. He married Mary Jane North on 25 March 1872 and Mary E. Herbst on 22 November 1884. He served a mission to the Southern States from 15 February 1887 - 24 November 1888. He was a farmer and construction worker. He died on 6 April 1923.
